As the information of the Flux was released and slowly became recognizable internationally, different laws started to pass in each country. Currently in the state of Washington, these are the Flux and Fuse specific laws for the inhabitants.

• Each household is to be tested for those who are the Flux and the Fuse so that they remain documented. Every birth requires a check up of the person. Each human is to be checked every two years in case they too start mutating.
  
  
• Any found Flux and Fuse must be documented, and tested to see their comprehension of their powers. They are required to be signified as dangerous of non-threatening. Dangerous must remain in the laboratory, while non-threatening require a weekly check up.
  
  
• Anyone found harboring a Flux illegally, will be subject to criminal charges. Sentencing could be a life in prison, or in dire situations penalty of death.
  
  
• Humans that are intimate with the Flux are meant to have a signed order from the government that will appropriate this intimacy. If there are no documents recorded and a Human is found in this state with a Flux they will be subject to criminal charges.
  
  
• Disposal of Flux and Fuse are specified to certain areas of the world and are not meant to have a regular burial.
